1. Current Technology Supports

Team members should identify current technology supports by reviewing LV Website and administering/compiling Technology Survey

What School and/or Department Websites are current?
· Everything is updated with a few exceptions
What School and/or Department Websites are not current?
· Security Section has obsolete information
What needs to be added/deleted to future Technology Surveys to adequately assess Lake View’s level of technology integration to enhance student achievement?
· Information/Hard data about how technology is being used in the school (instruction? Lesson incorporation? More than just typing?)
· Is the staff comfortable with technology and its integration in lessons? To what degree? What can be done to make them more comfortable with integrating technology into the lessons
· Do they (students or staff) have support? Is there an expert they can go to? Is that expert knowledgeable/available?

2. Technology Reflection Worksheet

After reviewing LV Website and Tech Survey Data, CPS Electronic Resources, the Tech Team should reflect on how technology can improve the academic performance of student groups. Team members should pay special attention to professional development needsof teachers and staff.
